But at times, there could also be very severe ones that you might want to avoid. And because of that, you need to stay healthy. But you have to remember that the physical part of your body is not the only thing you have to worry about as the mind could get sick as well.

This is a necessary thing and you must take note of this otherwise it would really have harsher effects. Many therapies are available.
