From time to time, people will have to deal with problems and issues that they are having. They may be facing a lot of trauma and this may be difficult to cope with on a daily basis. They will work with these negative thoughts and try and find a way to turn them around into something more realistic.

They will help them turn these negative thoughts into something which is more realistic and easier to cope with. When they feel that a negative reaction is about to develop or a thought would suddenly errupt, they would normally start to think of a way in which they could distract themselves in a more creative way.
